Which word didn't he understand ?

George Bush said that the August 6th PDB entitled
"Bin Laden Determined to Strike in US"
contained "nothing about an attack on America."

Determined is a big long word, and US could be read as us not U.S., but I guess that Bush must have figured that Bin Laden was going to down tools until he got pay raise.
