Brad Delong is so busy he can't comment on his web clippins or, it seems, even remember which clippings he has commented on.

Common sense tells us that a comment on this post at tompaine.com which Brad doesn't have time to write, would be similar to the comment on Max Sawicky's paen to the income tax.

I don't intend to subscribe to the economist to check how they manage to avoid mentioning that eliminating deductions has nothing to do with eliminating progressivity. Brad's bit of borderline copywrite infringement is devastating even without his previously posted outsourced comment

The revolt of 44 Republicans is great news. We should sing the praises of Heather Wilson many times, but it isn't necessary to do so twice in two days.

I think Brad meant to mention (again) the story of the spokesman who refused to speak reminds me of Italy. Election nightBerlusconi refused to comment on the hammering his coalition got in the latest regional elections, but anonymous sources linked to his party said that he was focusing on the upcoming parliamentary elections. Anonymous piffle here, silent spokesmen there. Whatever the world is coming to I am enjoying it.
