Now I know Why I'm Always Tired

I've been moonlighting at the European Parliament in a fugue See me one row behind and to the left (naturally) of the Czech prime minister who is calling the stimulus the "road to hell."

By why am I not rich (they get paid a lot).

We Need a Hegemon Who Won't Drive Us Crazy...

In the future the world is likely to become a more complicated place without a single hegemonic and dominant public financial institution. To my mind, this creates grave dangers for the next quarter century....

Krishna Guha Worries About Governance

I agree with him in the general, but each time a particular case comes along somehow I trust the Federal Reserve and the Treasury more than I trust Congress, and wish them untrammeled discretion.... *

Anonymous said...: What we or at least I can hope is that the failure of the Czech Prime Minister means the failure of American missiles to be placed in the Czech Republic to threaten Russia.
