notes the utter idiocy of US Iraqi development policy and very clearly explains how to do a much better job. I think Clemons is obviously right, but he really should have cited the much earlier statement of his argument by
Michael Froomkin and "The Onion"I am not at all joking. I think a policy proposal in "The Onion" is clearly vastly superior to that currently being implemented by the US government.
