Lamarckable Evolution on Immigration

Lamarckable: adj extremely rapid as a result of of a perceived need for the sake of survival.

Often used to modify the noun "evolution".   Lamarckable evolution is an unexplained shift due to the perception that if one remains the same one will join the dinosaurs in the ash pit of evolution.

Example.  Sean Hannity's evolution on immigration reform the day after the 2012 election sure was Lamarckable.

Also John Boehner is a Lamarckable statesman.

Brit Hume just tweeted that voter fraud is very rare and accusations of voter fraud are often nonsense.
Isn't that Lamarckable ?

Etymology: a reference to  Jean-Baptiste Pierre Antoine de Monet, Chevalier de la Marck (1 August 1744 – 18 December 1829), often known simply as Lamarck whose theory of evolution was based on the idea that organisms produced modified offspring in response to perceived needs.  Darwin only partly disagreed with Lamarck whose theory was finally rejected later in the 19th century ( IIRC mostly based on the arguments of August Weismann ).

p.s. Do you always recheck to make sure you typed "etymology" not "entymology" ?  I do and it bugs me.
