John Warner makes it clear

An angry Armed Services Committee Chairman John W. Warner (R-Va.) summoned Pentagon officials for a briefing on the military's paying for favorable coverage in Iraqi newspapers.

Was the distinction between propaganda and factual information blurred? "I don't have enough facts."

I fully agree with Senator Warner. It is absurd to even suggest that, in his press conference, the distinction between propaganda and factual information was blurred. It is obvious that he provided pure undiluted whitewash spin without a trace of fact.

I don't see how that rude journalist could possibly have hinted that Senator Warner allowed facts to influence his statements.
