The abstract said that this question would be debated ad nauseum.

Now the definite assertion has been removed from the headline which currently reads

An Obama referendum (or not)


I assume that the www.washingtonpost.com headline guy (or Ms) detected my intention to post and changed the headline at the last second. My tinfoil hat must amplify washington Post spy rays.
